Smoking is a habit and is controlled by the subconscious mind. I work directly with the subconscious mind so it makes sense that hypnotherapy is a successful tool in the quitting of smoking.

I always say to clients that I do not deal with people who come to me to try to give up. I deal with people who come to me to give up. Think about it. The word "try" has an element of built-in failure so we do not use that word at all!

The session is divided into three parts:

PART ONE : Discussion on when and why you started to smoke and instances when you have tried before to stop ; reasons for stopping will be clarified. This is quite an in depth discussion as I want to be 100% sure that you know what you are dealing with and that your aims are clear cut and precise.

PART TWO : A session of relaxation ( a true delight in itself ) which leads into...

PART THREE : Hypnotherapy to lead you onto the new pathway of Life and opportunity by becoming a non-smoker. If you stop smoking right now you could add years to your life, see your health improve and also have more money either to spend or save. It does not have to be problematic to stop smoking. Hypnotherapy transfers any one-time pleasure you had from smoking to a healthier habit you may choose like exercise, relaxation, etc. There is usually NO unwanted weight gain or other problems associated with kicking the habit.
